He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Modlin and Genevieve Modlin (Waaler); and his sisters, Whitney Gilbert and Kirsten Powell. He is survived by: his wife Cora Tennison; his children, Patricia Modlin of Prospect, CT, Susan Tarchoun (Mo) of Norway and Doug Modlin of Norway; his grandchildren, Zaina, Zach, Noah, Owen and Oliver; and his sister Cheryl Byrnes (Rob) of Florida. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
