We bid farewell to Bernice Bal (Norway, Michigan), born in Niagara, Wisconsin, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on May 27, 2024 at the age of 90. Bernice touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. She was predeceased by : her parents, John Baker and Lucille Baker (Dubey); her former life partner John Bal of John's Cathedral; her siblings, Alice Rose, Mary Koss and Alvin Baker; and her brothers-in-law, Walter Bal, Edward Bal and Joseph "Tata" Bal.
She is survived by : her husband Naval; her children, Gary Bal (Clara) of Morris, IL, Bruce Bal (Lisa) of Hopedale, MA and Marge Bache-Wiig of Plymouth, MN; her grandchildren, Cynthia Baricos (Dave), Sarah Cornick (Andrew), Peter Bache-Wiig (Risa), Meredith Bache-Wiig, Grace Bache-Wiig, Jessica Bal, Jamie Bal, Janine Burch (Gentry) and Jensen Holder (Brittney); and her great grandchildren, Vivienne Baricos, Emmy, Sophie and Olivia Cornick. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
