He was predeceased by: his parents, Roger Hoffman and Ada Hoffman (Kerkhoff); and his sister Marcia Kay Hoffman. He is survived by: his wife Jane Crews; his sons, David Hoffman (Christy) and Michael Hoffman (Jodi); his grandchildren, Ashley Morgan (Kyle), Jonathan Hoffman, Mitchell Hoffman and Taylor Hoffman; his great grandchild Indie Morgan; and his brother Roger Hoffman, Jr. (Paula).
