It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Victoria M. Tanis (Norton Shores, Michigan), born in Muskegon, Michigan, who passed away on August 16, 2022, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her father Roman Halasinski; her husband Arthur L. "Bomber" Tanis Sr.; and her siblings, Roman, Bernice, Jerry, Larry and Jim.
She is survived by: her children, Arthur L. Tanis Jr. (Christine), Daniel Tanis (Megan) and Roxanne Tanis; her grandchildren, Corey, Amanda (Anthony), Danny (Kelsey), Tyler and Camber; her great grandchildren, Maddox, Alexis, Nova, Avelyn and NoaRae; her close friend Paul Stone; her siblings, Don Halasinski, Tresa Hutchinson (Kevin) and Mary Thompson; and her daughter-in-law Josi Canales. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
