She was predeceased by: her parents, Vern Billington and Helen Billington (Cutter); her husband Harrison Lowden; her daughter Peggy Campbell; and her siblings, Leo Billington, Melba Tanner and Janice Lowden.
She is survived by: her daughters, Yvonne Sullivan (Tim) and Kristi Burkall (Brent); her grandchildren, Kevin Sullivan (Angela), Stacy Ross (Derek), Michael Sullivan (Keely), Sarah Sullivan (Kris Galvin), Jennifer Jackson (Jack), Erica Packard (Jason), Brooke DeVille (Brandon) and Courtney Lodholtz; her son-in-law Craig Campbell; her sisters, Ruthann Schoonfield and Cathy Burrows (Ron); and her friend Jim Jarembo. She is also survived by 18 great-grandchildren.
