He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Freye and Walthea Freye (Boven); his son Chad Osborn; and his sister Nancy Whitlock. He is survived by: his wife Wanda J. Juusola; his children, Michael Osborn (Kristie), Robert Freye (Colleen), Timothy Freye (Lisa) and Michelle Gillan (Jamy); his grandchildren, Hobson, Abram, Ava, Samuel and Benjamin; his siblings, Dan Freye (Mary), Beth Freye, Mark Freye (Maureen Leonard) and Bruce Freye (Brenda); and his brother-in-law Bob Whitlock.
