She is survived by: her husband Virgil Lee; her children, John Polanyi of Grand Rapids, Tom Polanyi (Cindy) of Norton Shores and Mary Kay Olson (Ron) of Gurnee, IL; her grandchildren, Renee Weirda, Sarah Weigand, Lindsey Polanyi, Jacob Polanyi, Chad Olson (Laura) and Kyle Olson; her great grandchildren, Colby Grace, Olivia, Nathan, Kallie Rae and Elliot; and her sisters, Pat Carlson and Charlene Berghuis (Keith).
