It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Shannon Jay Gimenes (Norton Shores, Michigan), born in San Bernardino, California, who passed away on October 24, 2024, at the age of 56, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his mother Roberta J. Gimenes; his sister Lola Wilber; and his niece Sigrid. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Achterhoff; his sons, Logan, Jase and Owen; his brothers, Fred Gimenes (Tammy) and Jason Halstead (Jamie); and his father Nilton Gimenes (Sandy).
Visitation was held on Friday, November 1st 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Lee Chapel of Sytsema Funeral & Cremation Services (6291 Harvey St, Norton Shores, MI 49444). A funeral service was held on Friday, November 1st 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
