He was predeceased by: his parents, Russell George and Frances Anna; his wife Nancy Stay; and his brother William Stay. He is survived by: his children, David Stay and Deborah Johnson (Patrick); his granddaughters, Rachel Hanson (Dustin) and Emily Johnson; and his brother Thomas Stay (Millie).
