He is survived by: his wife Pam; his daughter Kara Duncan (Colby Jenner); his grandson Bryce Duncan; his daughter Bonnie McKenzie; and his friends, Tom, Jill, Jodi Eagle, Phil Olson and Gretchen Carlson.
