It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Richard Scheerer (Norton Shores, Michigan), who passed away on December 2, 2021, at the age of 66, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Scheerer and Beverly Scheerer (Brown); his sister Barbara Scheerer; and his brother-in-law Fred Schultz. He is survived by: his former wife Marlene Hedland; his wife Linda Scheerer (Barnard); his children, Rob Scheerer of Chico, CA and Lindsay Wilson (Mark) of Sheffield, England; his grandson Alec Wilson; his stepchildren, Tiffany Grimm (Thom), Terra Doctor (Eric), Jason Westerhouse (Jennifer Bostrom) and Janna Osterhart (Kyle); and his brothers, Bill Scheerer (LuAnn) and Jack Scheerer. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers the family requests donations to St. Gregory's Episcopal Church.
