He was predeceased by: his parents, John Griffith and Bertie Griffith (Adams); his siblings, June Barrett (Jim), William Griffith (Louise) and Eugene Griffith (Fayetta); his stepdaughter Debra Karis (Mark); and his nephew Arthur Allison.
He is survived by: his wife Norene Griffith (Upson-Botten); his children, Raymond "Scott" Griffith (Lori), Jeffrey Griffith (Lynette) and Rose Tipton; his stepchildren, Brenda Lee Hodge Jr. (Richard) and James Botten (Sheila); his grandchildren, Allison Griffith, Danielle Griffith, Ashley Griffith and Hudson Griffith; his children, Allison, Danielle and Nancy Hall; his stepgrandchildren, Allison Harrington (Kevin), Brandon Karis (Kelly), Britney Karis, Richard Hodge III, Zachary Hodge (Kelsey), Kevin Hodge and Olivia Botten; his stepgreat-grandchildren, Lauren Harrington, Aubree Karis, Morganne Karis, Karleigh Karis, Khloe Karis, Calyn Karis, Liam Hodge, Emerson Hodge, Ava Bentley and Madden Bentley; his brother Jerry Griffith (Anne); his niece MaryHolly Crosby (Ben); and his grandchild Terry Upson.
