It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Phyllis M. Tawney (Norton Shores, Michigan), who passed away on February 13, 2023, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Lester Nelund and Effie Nelund (Pothoff); her husband Charles H. Tawney; her brother Raymond Nelund (Thelma); and her brothers-in-law, Bert Reed and Larry Sowles.
She is survived by: her children, Charles E. Tawney and Sandy Colella (John); her grandson Jason John-Charles Colella; and her siblings, Lois Reed, Mary Sowles, Don Nelund (Dee) and Marvin Nelund (Vivian). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
