It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Phillip Allen Fowler of Norton Shores, Michigan, born in Muskegon, Michigan, who passed away on November 23, 2023, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, George Fowler and Glenna Fowler (Halverson); his sister Vicki Fowler; and his parents-in-law, Burford and Irene Evans.
He is survived by: his wife Luanne A. Evans; his children, Carrie Fowler (Tim Strandberg), Elizabeth McDaniels (Jay) and Evan Fowler (Samantha); his grandchildren, Gabby Cameron, Ayden Brealey, Kassy Stroud, Kyle Stroud, Hayden McDaniels, Aaron Strandberg and Leah Sabo; and his siblings, Carolynne Glover (Doug), Shelley Giddings (John), Kelly Lawburgh (Mark), Blair Fowler (Sandy) and Dale Fowler (Julia). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
