It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Otera Webb (Norton Shores, Michigan), who passed away on November 7, 2021, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Stepp and Uner Stepp (Greer); and her children-in-law, Sanjuanita Webb and Alvin Merrill. She is survived by: her husband Roy H. Webb; her children, Carlton Webb, Thomas Webb (Jennifer), Nancy Pray (Dennis) and Christina Roth (Jim); her grandchildren, Shane Webb, Austin Webb (Sarah), Desiree Rosendall (Phil), Bianca Stowers (Jarod), Amy Niklasch (Gary), Tarah Bowen (Justin), Zach Webb (Amanda), Jenna Guffey (Darren), Brianne Stowers (Jason), Rachel Langlois (Justin), Hunter Merrill (Kate), Wyatt Merrill and Audrey Merrill; her brother James Stepp (Ardella); her sister-in-law Evelyn Payne (Carl); and her pet Libee. She is also survived by 24 great-grandchildren.
