He is survived by: his children, Marc Cook (Cindy) and Julie Resterhouse (Bruce Duff); his son-in-law Michael Resterhouse; his grandchildren, Shelby Cook, AJ Cook, Kyle Campbell (Kathleen), Dan Campbell (Molly), Rachel Campbell, Katie Forrest (Nick), Rachel Resterhouse and Sarah Resterhouse (David Foster); and his sister Judy Bytwerk (Ron). He is also survived by six great-grandchildren.
