She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Kotlan and Lillian Kotlan. She is survived by: her husband Donald Idsinga; her daughter Pamela; her grandchildren, Ariana Cram and Allisyn; and her grandmother Richelle Rode (Eric Barrett). She is also survived by four great-grandchildren.

Memorial contributions in her honor can be directed to World Vision International which held a special place in her heart.
