She was predeceased by: her parents, George Smith and Edith Smith of Essexville, Michigan.; her siblings, Elaine (James Corzine), Edward (Donna) and Mark (Judy); and her husband Louis Boehm.

She is survived by: her children, Alan (Joan), Adele (Howard Travis), David (Tammy) and Margaret; and her grandsons, David Boehm, James Boehm (Colleen), Jeff Travis (Colleen), Steven Travis (Clare), Fred Boehm (Katie) and Eric Boehm (Bri).
