He was predeceased by: his daughter Karen Holman; his sister Jackie; his siblings-in-law, Tim Ritter and Ann Kar; and his parents, Louis Kar and Grace Kar.
He is survived by: his wife Ellie; his children, Krista Harmon (Michael), Kathy Keiser (Chris), Kevin Holman (Marie) and Kelley Osterman (Bob); and his brother Ronald Kar. He is also survived by 19 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren.
