He is survived by: his spouse Beverly Smith; his daughter Susan Blanchette (Robert); his son-in-law Steve Szatkowski; his stepchildren, Doug Dykstra (Maureen), Brad Dykstra (Jan), Dave Dykstra and Terry Dykstra (Mary); his grandchildren, Heather, Jim, Tiffanie, Christopher, LaVern, Robert, Angela, Andrew, Amy, Melanie, Amanda, Eric, Laura, Luci, Lily, Jennifer, Noah, Zoe, Joseph, Melissa and Jessica; and his siblings, Judith Coleman, Gene Jeffries (Karen) of Edward Jeffries, Martha Folwell and Fred Hall.
