She was predeceased by: her parents, Burton Blackmer and Dolores Blackmer (Marshitto); her husband James Kendra; her siblings, Dale Blackmer and Sandy LeWallen; and her siblings-in-law, Stan and Betty Kendra.
She is survived by: her sons, James Kendra II (Dawn), Jeremy Kendra (Amanda) and John Kendra (Belinda Fenner); her brothers, Frank Blackmer (Cheryl) and Dave Blackmer; and her sister-in-law JoAnn Blackmer. She is also survived by seven grandchildren; five great-grandchildren.
