She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Dan Kelley and Margaret Kelley (Barber); her children, Tim Rathbun (Candace), Deb DeVoursney (Jon Smalley) and Craig Rathbun (Tiffany); her grandchildren, Bobby, Mike (Tarin), Steffany DeVoursney, Katie, Paige Judith and John Rathbun; and her sister-in-law Cheri Kelley. She was also cherished by 2 great grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Muskegon's Kids' Food Basket.
