She was predeceased by: her parents, David Rajek and Vivian Rajek (Beste); her husband Richard Mikula; her siblings, Danny Rajek and Maxine Keppler; and her close friend Alvin Philo.
She is survived by: her daughter Susan Jespersen (Jason); her grandchildren, Dylan, Reese, Eric and Ryan Jespersen; her siblings, Gary Rajek (Linda) and Coleen Wiggins (Russ); her sister-in-law Karla Rajek; her nieces, Amanda Torres (Anthony) and Pamela Halbach (David); and her nephew Mike Keppler (Pam).
