With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jerry Caviness (Norton Shores, Michigan), born in Muskegon, Michigan, who passed away on December 11, 2020 at the age of 71. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Jerry Caviness to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Rev. Claude D. and Bernice Caviness (Mitchell); and his siblings, Rudolph, Charles, Claudie, Ronnie Caviness and Beverly Sue Caviness.
He is survived by: his wife Michelle A. Thomas; his daughter Nikkia Bowie; his grandchildren, Tristan, Juwan and Jaiden Bowie; and his siblings, Bob Caviness (Ivory) and Selma Caviness. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Public Visitation limited to 25 people at a time with social distancing will be held 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM Friday, December 18, 2020 at The Lee Chapel of Systema Funeral & Cremation Services, 6291 Harvey St, Norton Shores, MI 49444.
