He was predeceased by: his father James J. Shlaffer. He is survived by: his mother Shirley Shlaffer (Jett) of Muskegon; his siblings, Kimberly Deal (Scott) of Plainwell, Scott Shlaffer (Lisa) of Muskegon and Timothy Shlaffer (Jennifer) of Virginia; his nieces and nephews, Scott, Sara, Katie, Olivia, Abby, Hailey, Jackson and Alex; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Ava, Emmy, Arlo and Townsend. He is also survived by cousins and friends.
