He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Krukowski and Maxine Aney. He is survived by: his girlfriend Marlene Braun; his sons, Jack Edward Krukowski Jr. (Marsha) and Steve Krukowski (Jamie); his siblings, Richard Krukowski (Sue), Nancy Baker (Robert) and Bette Falbe; his aunt Virginia Marsden; and his grandchildren, Max, Morgan, Emma, Jeff and Jon. He is also survived by six Great-Grandchildren; and many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
