She was predeceased by: her parents, Garrett Tjapkes and Jeannette Tjapkes (Holwerda); her husband Howard E. Jones; her son Kenneth A. Jones; and her siblings, Elmer Tjapkes, Nellmae Kline and Helen Miles.
She is survived by: her children, Dennis Jones (Deb) and Kathlyn Sexton (Don); her grandchildren, Garrett Jones (Ashley), Alan Jones (Morgan), Brandie Rupp (James), Melissa Sexton (Christopher McGarvey), Rebekah Hodson (John), Tabitha Sexton and Kelli Sexton; her great grandchildren, Tanner, Oakley, Kayson and Noah; and her sister Carol Swierenga (Jacob).
