She was predeceased by: her parents, Benito Muniz and Alicia Muniz (Reyes); and her granddaughter Jessica Stone. She is survived by: her husband James F. Stone; her children, Rusty Stone (Cindy), Norma McEwen (Scott), Scott Stone and Lisa Stone; her grandchildren, Samantha McCrea, Lee McEwen (Mia), Lauren Mooney (Mike), Tyler Stone (Brittany), Stacey Lewis, Marisa Wohlfard and Mick Wohlfard; and her great grandchildren, Cooper McCrea, Georgia, Camden McCrea, Eva June Lewis, Elliette, Parker Stone and Aila McEwen.
Due to current COVID-19 restrictions, a celebration of Billie's life will be announced and held at a later date.
