She was predeceased by: her parents, Casimir Bush and Olive Bush (Adams); her husband Peter "Jack" Madison; her grandson Troy Madison; her stepdaughter-in-law Mali Madison; her brother Ralph; and her sister-in-law Betty Bush.
She is survived by: her son Peter Madison of Roosevelt Park; her stepsons, David Madison (Lynn) of Spring Lake and Wayne Madison of Madison, Wisconsin; her grandchildren, Matthew Madison, Todd Madison, Christopher Madison, Matt Bush and Sara West; her sister Beverly Forbear of Norton Shores; and her daughter-in-law Elaine Madison. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
