He is survived by: his parents, Louis Kollar and Doris Kollar (Fuhrmann); his wife Jo Ann "Joie" Winicki; his children, Edward Kollar, Justin Kollar and Jessica Kollar; his former wife Joie Kollar; his siblings, Louis Kollar (Christy), Thomas Kollar (Tracy), John Kollar and Debra Kollar; and his nieces, Katie, Kristin, Rebecca and Sarah.
