It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Donna M. Broersma (Norton Shores, Michigan), born in Casnovia, Michigan, who passed away on July 28, 2024, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Irwin Whitney and Alta Whitney (Bonter); her siblings, Hazel Overly, Clayton Whitney (Thelma) and Marion Whitney (Renee); her son Gary Broersma; and her daughter-in-law Laura Broersma.
She is survived by: her husband Paul J. Broersma; her children, Barry Broersma and Debra Driza (James); her daughter-in-law Karin Broersma; her grandchildren, Tony Broersma (Mirza), Rebekah Ryan (Brad), Kaitlyn DenHouten (Carl), Emily Augustine (Donny) and David Driza (Kendra); and her nephew Darold Whitney. She is also survived by 14 great grandchildren.
