As we bid farewell to this cherished soul, solace is taken in the memories held dear — the laughter shared, the wisdom imparted, the moments of quiet reflection in their presence. Though Daesta may no longer walk among us, her spirit lives on in the echoes of her kindness, the warmth of her embrace, and the light of her enduring love.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Cleon Scarlett and Thelma Scarlett (Boyd); and her husband Don. She is survived by: her children, Dave Craymer (Kathleen) of Montague, Susan Yoder (Steven) of North Muskegon and Dan Craymer (Pam) of Sparta; and her siblings, Barb Jorgensen of North Muskegon, Pat Heager of San Jose, Millie Bradfield (Jim) of Montague and Walter Scarlett (Marlene) of Kalamazoo. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren; 34 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Daesta may be directed to Forest Park Covenant Church or the Muskegon Rescue Mission.
