Caroline M. Wichter Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Caroline M. Wichter (Norton Shores, Michigan), born in Zimmerman, Minnesota, who passed away on March 20, 2023 at the age of 87. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Herman Thies and Ruby Thies (James); her husband Henry "Paul" Wichter Jr.; and her brothers, Charles, Richard, Harley Thies (Evelyn) and Howard Thies.
She is survived by: her daughters, Sharon Kay Nielsen (Mark) of Muskegon, Karen Sue Wichter of Fruitport and Martha Paula Wichter of Muskegon Heights; her grandchildren, Cory Wilde, Brook Wilde, Mackenzie Plichta, Jessica Plichta, Samantha Saari and Jacob Saari; her brother James Thies; and her sister-in-law Leida Thies. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials to the Parkinson's Foundation or the Alzheimer's Association will be appreciated.
