She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold Norman and Evelyn Norman; her husband James Westover; and her siblings, Harold Norman Jr. and Betty O'Toole.

She is survived by: her sons, Jim Westover (Linda), Bill Westover (Kris) and Mike Westover. She is also survived by great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
