He was predeceased by: his parents, Floyd Garvey and Laura Garvey (Puckett); his son Benny; and his siblings, Vicki, Debrie and Larry.
He is survived by: his wife Theresa Ingersoll; his children, Adam Garvey, Cassie Hufnagel (Tim) and Kirt Garvey; his grandchildren, Sam, Collin, Emma, Olivia, Avila, Benjamin and Owen; his brothers, Warren Garvey (Cindy) and Timothy Garvey; and his pet Sweetie Pie. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
