We are sad to announce that on March 18, 2020, at the age of 85, Richard Elmer Moomey (Northwest, Michigan), born in Toledo, Ohio passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, John Moomey and Nellie Moomey (Dupuis); his wife Inez Dawson-Diroff; his children, David Moomey (Deb), Jim Moomey (Janis), James Diroff (Denise), Robert Diroff (Susan), Terry Diroff (Kim) and Diana Diroff; his brother George Moomey; and his grandchildren, James (Casie), Dominique, Allison, Kyle, Amy, Kelly and Lea. He was also cherished by several great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents and a son, Michael Diroff.Memorial contributions can be made to Erie United Methodist Church.
