He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Patrick Baker and Virginia Baker; his wife Diana; his children, Debbra Frederick (Joseph), Kathleen Elly (Essa) and Patricia Rich (Mathew); and his siblings, Dennis, Sharron, Donna, Michael, Colleen, Linda, Mary and Patrick. He was also cherished by 8 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Hospice of Michigan.
