He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Thomas Harvey and Elizabeth May Phimister; his sons, Craig (Miriam) and Ryan (Jackie); his stepdaughter Michelle; and his son Thomas James. He was also cherished by eight grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; and extended family and friends.
