We are sad to announce that on August 13, 2023, at the age of 43, Scott Timothy Slack of Northville, Michigan, born in Royal Oak, Michigan passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He is survived by: his parents, Timothy Howard Slack and Larraine Beverly Slack; his sisters, Kim Slack (Peggy Yokom), Jenna Tackett (Sean) and Kristen Gittins (Scott); and his nieces and nephews, Liam, Connor, Aiden, Devon, Chelsea, Simon, Oliver and Vivian.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Michigan Humane Society to support Scott's love for animals or the organization of your choice.
