She was predeceased by: her parents, Justine Nampa and George Nampa. She is survived by: her husband Roger Borg; her daughters, Mandy Borg and Katie Lara (Russell); her grandchildren, Haily, Hannah, Sophia and Ian; her great grandchildren, Willow and Noah; her sister Sue Spino; and her sister-in-law Diane.

She worked as an expediter for American Expediting for 20 year; during the COVID 19 crisis she personally delivered infant ventilators to hospital in need.
