She was predeceased by: her parents, George DeBoutte and Clementine DeBoutte (Danssaert); her husband Frank W. Kocian; and her brothers, Robert "Bob" DeBoutte and Albert "Al" DeBoutte.

She is survived by: her daughter Rhonda Kocian; her granddaughter Emily Vradenburg; and her sister Virginia "Ginny" Macko (Brian Vradenburg).
