He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Lewis and Mildred Lewis; his wife Doris; and his brother Melvin. He is survived by: his children, Gregory E. Lewis (Nancy) and Andrea McHenry (Brian); and his grandchildren, Jerold J. Lewis (Sarah), Emily McHenry, Katelyn Lewis and Ava McHenry.
