He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Gail; his sons, Jeffrey Jr. (Holly), Scott (Melissa) and Robert; his grandchildren, Megan, Heidi (Barbara), Breanna, Keaton and Paisley; his great grandchild Olivia; and his brother Kenneth. He was also cherished by many loving family members and friends.
