He was predeceased by: his parents, James Di Pasquale and Elsie Bailey. He is survived by: his wife Barbara; his son Michael (Sarah Di Pasquale); his grandchildren, Giovanni, Gianna and Dominic; and his sister Debra Murphy. He is also survived by his nieces and nephews.
