He was loved and cherished by many people including: his spouse Verna Ryan; his children, Carol Copping, Janet Gaffka (Douglas) and James Ryan (Elizabeth); his grandchildren, Kimberly Simon (Dave), Kristi Copping, Ryan Gaffka (Houda), Katarina Gaffka, Chase, Shane and Maria Ryan; his great grandchildren, Elise and Elena Simon; and his aunt Mary.
