She was predeceased by: her parents, John J. Azarovitz and Elaine M. Azarovitz (McDonnell); her brother Jack Azarovitz; and her brother-in-law Tony Merpi. She is survived by: her children, Dan Surma (Susie), Lisa Gann (Dave) and Lori Dertouzos (Joe); her sisters, Mary Ellyn Merpi and Elaine Biga (Bill); her sister-in-law Mary Anne Azarovitz; and her grandchildren, Josh Surma, Matt Dertouzos, Kate Dertouzos, Colin Gann, Dylan Surma and Caleb Gann.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, October 1st 2024 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the St. Kenneth Catholic Church (14951 N Haggerty Rd, Plymouth, MI 48170). A Mass was held on Tuesday, October 1st 2024 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
