He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur McLennan and Marguerite McLennan. He is survived by: his wife Barbara; his sister Edith Hurst; and his sons, Bruce, Scott (Wendy) and Mark. He is also survived by six grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
