He is survived by: his wife Kimberly; his children, London, Apollo and Knightley; his siblings, Kenneth (Ekaterina) and Amy Mullins (Steven); his grandparents, Marilyn and Donald McKinnon; his aunts and uncles, Ann McGeorge (Dale), Paul LaChance (Sally), Steve LaChance (Anne) and Cheri DeCaluwe (Paul); his siblings-in-law, Laurie Castillo (Roger), Jessica Boloven (Steven Kazmirowski) and Danielle Wilseck (Zach); his nieces and nephews, Isla, Soleil, Brooklyn, Sienna, Kendall, Delta, Brielle, Spencer and Benjamin; and his cousins, Jacob, Logan, Elena, Maya, Bradley, Stephanie and Cole. He is also survived by his wife and children.
