She was predeceased by: her parents, Lloyd Wade and Avona Wade; and her husband Orville. She is survived by: her children, Jeffrey Somers (Dawn) and Michelle Minix; her grandchildren, Austin, Ireland, Tyler and Ian; and her siblings, Glenda Burnham, Sandra Meneses and Michael Wade.

In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the Alzheimer's Association.
