He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Claude Freel and Irma Freel; his spouse Shirley (Shirley Crowe); his children, Claude Freel III (Debbie), Michele Sonk (Tom) and Christine Stewart (Dan Thomas); his grandchildren, Mary Freel, Michael Sonk (Jessica), Michele Castle (Matt), Cameron Stewart (Allison Bell) and Connor Stewart; his great grandchildren, Dominic, KeKe and Rylie; and his son-in-law Richard Stewart.
